The artificial turf field is high end, performance level mono-filament. The grandstand accommodates 5,600 with a variety of padded individual seats, bench seats and standing room capacity at upper tier. In addition there are a wealth of spaces for the disabled, offering a range of locations and sightlines. The grandstand provides team dressing rooms, physiotherapy rooms, public washrooms and storage. The concourse, which is open air with elevated views to the practice fields and running track to the east, is serviced with mobile concession stands.  The stadium benefits from a direct connection to the existing Athletic Recreation Centre. This provides access to strength and conditioning space for athletes as well as a broad range of student amenity.

The spacious public plazas at the northeast and southwest corners of the stadium provide program areas for game day events as well as marshaling areas for crowds.
