“Designing Customer Experiences: From Strategy to Execution” is an executive education program at Columbia Business School that focuses on the strategic management and design of customer experiences in today’s technology-driven world, and the strategies and tools needed to create effective and impactful experiences.
As part of the program, Principal Nigel Tai will participate in a panel discussion alongside industry leaders Daniel Haslam, Social Media Specialist and Reputation Management expert at Reputation, and Emily Culp, CEO/CMO and Board Member with leadership experience across global brands including Estée Lauder, Unilever, Keds, Rebecca Minkoff, and CoverFX.
Nigel will highlight how architects approach the customer “client” and user experience, using some of the firm’s projects to showcase the journey from design concept to completed space. Through the discussion, Nigel will emphasize that buildings are more than physical structures—they are evolving social systems that shape transformative emotional, functional, and purposeful experiences, illustrating how architecture can elevate our lives.
