Architect Christiano Mahler has received a Rendering Award of Excellence from the American Society of Architectural Illustrators’ (ASAI) for his visulization of a snowy Fredericton Performing Arts Centre.
Each year the American Society of Architectural Illustrators invites professional and student illustrators from around the globe to take part in the Architecture in Perspective competition. The theme this year was Connecting Through an Immersive & Interactive Future, with an international jury recognizing the world’s best architectural illustrations created in any 2D medium including drawings, paintings, renderings, and digital imagery. They focused on identifying architectural visualizations that embraces advanced technology for more accurate, immersive, and dynamic representations of architectural concepts.
Christiano’s rendering will be part of the 38th annual Architecture in Perspective catalog and exhibition, which will be on display at the ASAI conference from October 31st–November 1st, 2024 in College Station, Texas.
