Two of Diamond Schmitt’s projects are nominated to receive 2024 Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) Awards. The BILD Awards recognize excellence and innovation in the design, construction, sales and marketing of new homes in the Greater Toronto Area.

Park Road, developed by Capital Developments, is a finalist in several categories, including Project of the Year, Mid/High-rise which recognizes new mid-rise or high-rise project that best combines excellence in design and marketing, and that best exemplifies quality and innovation; and in the Best High-Rise Building Design (Pinnacle) category which recognizes excellence in the architectural design of high-rise buildings that are 12 storeys or higher. The project by Capital Developments is also a finalist in the Best Site Signage, Best Rendering, and Best Amenity Rendering Mid/High-Rise categories.

2Fifteen, developed by DBS Developments, is a finalist of the Best Community – Built category. The award recognizes an outstanding completely built community that embodies the principles of the Province’s Places to Grow legislation. Open to all type of communities (high-rise, low-rise, urban, suburban, greenfield, brownfield, mixed use, etc.), the award recognizes vibrant and complete communities that make the best use of land and that allows live, work and play spaces; protect, conserve, enhance and wisely use the natural resources of land, air and water; and optimize existing and new infrastructure to support growth.

The winners will be announced at the BILD Awards Gala on May 30, 2024.
