Director of Sustainability

Lisa Prime, Director of Sustainability, is a sustainable communities and innovation planning expert. She has over 30 years of experience in community planning, progressive green building design, and developing performance-based solutions at an urban scale. Former Chief Planner for the City of Cambridge, Lisa has been responsible for city building through master planning, leading significant growth expectations through intensification plans for the City. Lisa was part of the inaugural team at Waterfront Toronto where she worked on the Climate Positive Plan for Villiers Island in the Port Lands—the city’s first climate positive precinct.

With a career focused on transformative development projects and climate planning, Lisa is a thought leader and is regularly engaged on standards development, advancing innovation, and best practice sharing.
