Noah Steffes believes in the power of empathetic, details-focused collaboration as the key to creating meaningful designs. With an approach grounded in curiosity and a passion for learning, Noah believes the best projects come from a vision that is shared by the entire team.

A Registered Architect in New York State and LEED Accredited professional, Noah joined the New York office of Diamond Schmitt in 2025, bringing a depth of experience working in Cultural and Performing Arts, Higher Education, and Healthcare projects across the United States in both traditional Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build project delivery methods. His current work at Diamond Schmitt includes the renovation of Clark Hall at the University at Buffalo, and the renovation of the Fine Arts and Anderson Center at Binghamton University.

Noah values the transformative impact of education and is actively involved in mentoring programs within and outside of Diamond Schmitt and regularly contributes to the office’s knowledge sharing and technical development initiatives.

He holds a Master of Architecture from the A. Alfred Taubman College of Architecture + Urban Planning at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University, Southfield, Michigan.
