Interior Fit Out – Globe and Mail Building

This client sought to revitalize a regional office in the heart of Downtown Toronto, situated in the Globe and Mail building, to enrich the entire workplace experience. Reflecting the company’s values of collaboration and efficiency, the new office aligns with a modern and forward-thinking ethos.

Employees are drawn to the dynamic location, where they can easily access a variety of dining options, cultural attractions, and recreational activities, fostering a sense of excitement and energy that permeates throughout the office environment. This integration with the urban landscape not only enriches the employee experience but also reflects the company’s commitment to fostering a stimulating and dynamic work environment that inspires productivity and efficiency.

The office reimagines the previous dense layout, lacking in amenities, by introducing dedicated training rooms and lunch areas to inspire employee interaction and support ongoing initiatives for staff. Innovative technology, including room booking systems, plays a pivotal role in this transformation that caters to the diverse work modes of both staff and clients alike. The workplace is designed to provide staff with a variety of seating and meeting layout options to foster innovation and collaboration both in person or digitally.

Embracing the concept of a hybrid workplace, the new floor layout prioritizes enhanced flexibility and adaptability. Through upgraded technology and versatile workstation furniture, the redesigned space reflects the company’s evolving needs and dedication to adaptability. The new workspace will embody the organization’s commitment to providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment, that inspires excellence and encourages growth.
