Diamond Schmitt University (DSU) is a knowledge sharing platform that enriches our environment of continuous learning.

In themed semesters, leaders within our office and the industry give OAA and AIBC accredited lectures, seminars, and workshops that offer in-depth skill development for both architectural and non-architectural staff. Semesters focus a range of topics, including design theory, project delivery, studio management, and sustainability.

Past semester themes include Future Readiness, Craft, and the Civic Role of Architecture. Past guest speakers include Nick de Pencier, Eladia Smoke, Sylar Tibbits, Ken Greenberg, and Abigail Moriah.
