Time is of the essence for Nigel Tai. This seasoned fast-track architect has managed complex institutional projects from design concept approval to building opening in just two years. The 110,000-square-foot Environmental Science and Chemistry Building at University of Toronto Scarborough a case in point.
His work experience includes stints in fast-paced cities like Hong Kong, London and Toronto. Since joining Diamond Schmitt in 2008, Nigel has easily adapted to a range of project procurement models to deliver carefully realized projects for academic, research, residential and community-based needs.
He is currently at work on a student residence at Queen’s University and the construction phase of Transit City condominiums at Vaughan Metropolitan Centre.
