Vincent Goetz joined Diamond Schmitt in 2002 and has contributed his skills and expertise to a wide range of public and private projects, including: the Zatzman Sportsplex in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia; the Mariinsky II Theatre in St. Petersburg, Russia; the Royal Botanical Gardens in Burlington, Ontario; the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto; and the Brown Family House of Learning at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, British Columbia. In 2016, as project architect, he oversaw completion of the KPMG Tower in Vaughan. He continues to work on the mixed-use, transit connected SmartVMC District, one of North America’s largest and most important new neighbourhoods.

A member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, Vincent holds degrees from the University of British Columbia and Ryerson University.  He is a certified Passive House Designer and LEED Accredited Professional.

Vincent regularly participates in mentoring activities and enjoys continually learning and sharing knowledge about sustainable design as well as innovative building technology.
